This monthly meeting is previously led by Ms. Raquel L. Serillano but is now conducted this activity is being conducted through joint efforts of the supervisors, account officers and the General Manager, Ms. Annielen L. Panerio.

The purpose and agenda in conducting the monthly assembly is to give the members important updates regarding the cooperative’s operation and activities, financial status of the organization and achievements attained for the current month. The loan releases per municipality is also shared with the members to gain insight on their participation in the cooperative’s operation. Promoting unity and a harmonious relationship among members in each municipality is another purpose of this assembly. Issues among members are likewise tackled and resolved with satisfaction from all parties concerned. A list of names of past due/delinquent members is also relayed to the assembly so as to remind them of fulfilling their liabilities and responsibilities in the cooperative.
